The 400i cant even fit 1 URSA or ROC but can do 1 STV and 1 Cyclone (might fit the Origin G12, though). It can fit 2 URSA rovers, or 4 ROCs in that bay. Corsair can fit small ships (Like a C8R) in the back, and still have room for a STV or MULE. The higher this value, the more bang for your buck you get. Corsairs turrets are physical, while 400is are remote. If you are thinking of buying a ship with real money, use the last column which shows UEC/USD as a guide. Of course if you want to support CIG and the game’s development, then you can buy some ships but know that is strictly option beyond your first starter package. Anyway, I highly recommended players buy ships and vehicles with in-game money rather than spending real money on them. However, these are few and far between and usually just a re-skin of some existing ship. There are some ships which are rare and exclusive or part of some event and they will not be on offered on sale again. The problem with the ROC is the roof lights are to high for it to fit in the 400i, the Mule is slightly shorter. Perhaps 'it can fit in places an ROC cant' would have been a better descriptor.

CIG’s official policy is to add any new flyable ship within 90 days but this can sometime take longer if a patch release is delayed. I suspect they were referring to the length & width of the ROC without accounting for the fact the roof lights make it taller. Star Citizen has a lot of amazing ships that you can already purchase in the game with in-game money!
